Slime Attack is an action-packed survival arcade game where you must fight against relentless waves of slimes. Built upon the classic "Dodge the Creeps" tutorial from Godot, this reimagined version transforms the simple dodging mechanic into a full-fledged combat experience.
How to play:
Get ready for the adventure. The controls are simple so you can focus on the action
CONTROLS
MOVE Use the arrow keys ( ← ↑ → ↓ ) or the WASD keys to move your character around the screen
ATTACK Click the left mouse button to attack enemies
POWER UPS
Collect the items that appear to gain advantages
HEART Pick this up to restore one lost life It will help you last longer in battle
SHIELD This shield will protect you by absorbing the next hit you take from an enemy It will disappear after blocking one attack
FROST Freezes all enemies on the screen for a few seconds. Use this moment to attack safely or reposition yourself
Key Features:
- Fast-paced Combat: Shoot projectiles to eliminate slimes before they overwhelm you
- Multiple Power-ups: Collect hearts for healing, shields for temporary invincibility, and frost to freeze enemies
- Dash Mechanic: Quick dash to evade dangerous situations

Gameplay:
Control your character through an endless horde of slimes. Each slime that touches you reduces your health. Collect power-ups to gain temporary advantages, shoot back at enemies, and survive as long as possible to achieve the highest score.

While inspired by the beloved Godot tutorial, Slime Attack adds layers of depth through combat mechanics, multiple power-up systems, and polished audiovisual feedback.
